Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

I hereby confirm that I have been informed about the processing of personal data in connection with my participation in the "Data School" program and I acknowledge that my personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR"), Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data, and other applicable legal regulations.

1. Purpose of processing personal data

The Controller processes personal data for the purpose of securing participation in Data School, organising and running the program, communicating with participants, cooperating with the program's instructors and partners, administering the program and fulfilling related legal and organisational obligations.

2. Scope of personal data processed

Personal data may be processed in particular to the following extent: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, information about professional activity any other contact details and data necessary to secure participation in Data School.

3. Retention period

Personal data will be retained for the time necessary to secure participation in Data School, its organisation and evaluation and to fulfil related legal or administrative obligations.

4. Recipients of personal data

Personal data may, to the extent necessary, be made available to persons involved in running Data School, in particular members of the organising team, instructors, technical providers, cooperating organisations and program partners.

5. Participant's rights

I acknowledge that I have the right to request access to my personal data, its correction, erasure, or restriction of processing, to object to the processing and to withdraw the consent I have given.
